A test message is sent at regular intervals through a random chain of Mixminion
nodes. The time at which the message was sent is recorded. When the message
is received (by Email using the "mbox" method) the time taken is also recorded.
The database maintains the last 12 days of test data and a 30 day test history.
A summary and a graph of the results are produced. A separate history graph is also generated.
